Our snacks are a bit too big for your letterbox, so they’ll either be delivered directly to your door, or left in a safe place/with one of your neighbours by our carrier Whistl.
If you find there’s no sign of your snacks, do keep an eye out for a card through your letterbox that will give you details on where your order has been left.
If you haven’t received a card or your graze order within 8 days of payment being taken, please do let us know by emailing hiya@graze.com, or through our contact form. Be sure to include your order number from your confirmation email when getting in touch.
